Contest Rules
The following constitutes Contest Rules, both on and off-air on Bigfoot Legends 101.3 and 94.1 hereafter referred to as “station.”
- Contestants must keep record of the name of the daily announced “Business of The Day” by listening weekdays to the on-air promotion available on 101.3fm, 94.1fm, 1300AM or streamed on bigfootlegendsradio.com. Participating business names are also available weekdays only by visiting station daily Facebook story at https://www.facebook.com/bigfootlegendsradio. Contest begins May 1, ends May 30, 2025.
- Upon Completion of the promotion (May 30, 2025) contestants must deliver a copy of their list to the station business office located at 1168 Greenville Pike, Clarion PA 16214. Acceptable forms of copy include physical calendar page or listed on paper. Copy can be delivered in person or by USPS (if mailing, must be received by us by June 6, 2025), by fax to (814)-226-5898, or by email to: businessoftheday@7mountainsmedia.com.
- Business of The Day lists must be received at STATION business office no later than end of business day Jun 6, 2025. The Winner will be announced LIVE on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/bigfootlegendsradio Monday Jun 9, 2025
- Eligible entries must have all 22 business of the days listed in the correct order on their entry.
- All STATION contests are open to any/all STATION listeners, unless otherwise specified by STATION or its affiliates.
- Only one winner or qualifier per family or household will be allowed. Winner will be contacted by phone.
- Winners must sign a release prior to receiving their prize.
- All prizes, unless otherwise specified, must be picked up within 30 days of winning. STATION will not notify winners of the time remaining on their prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to claim the prize within the thirty days provided. Prizes include gift certificates or products provided by promotion participants. Total value at $1,100.
- All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
- STATION is at liberty to give away any unclaimed prize at the end of the thirty day grace period.
- All major prizes will be given away by STATION . Odds of winning will depend on the number of qualified entries.
- STATION may substitute another prize of equal value, in the event of non-availability of an announced prize.
- Employees of STATION , Seven Mountains Media, its advertising agencies, their affiliates, representatives, and their families or households their employees are ineligible to enter/win.
- Prizes MUST BE PICKED UP at the Station at 1168 Greenville Pike, Clarion PA 16214. Proper identification (valid driver’s license, passport, state ID, military ID) is required.
- STATION is not responsible for defective prizes.
- Additions or deletions to these rules may be made at the discretion of STATION , and may be enacted at any time and available for view at bigfootlegendsradio.com
